About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Nexventory website or application, or request an inventory audit. Nexventory is currently operated by an independent founder and is not yet a registered company. Contact: ventorynex@gmail.com.

The service

Nexventory analyses inventory and sales data that you export and share — for example TallyPrime reports or CSV/Excel files — and reports stockout risks, dead and slow-moving stock, excess inventory and reorder signals. It reads exported files only. It does not connect to, or make changes in, your Tally company, ERP, store or marketplace accounts.

Your responsibilities

• Share only data you are entitled to share, and only what is needed for the audit.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• Make sure the users you add to your organisation's account are authorised to see its data.
• Use the service in line with applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, interfere with the service's security or operation, upload malicious files, or use the service to process data unlawfully.

Your data

Your inventory and sales data remains yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service and the audit. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

What the audit is — and is not

Findings are calculated from the data you provide, so their accuracy depends on that data being complete and current. They are decision support for your team: you remain responsible for purchasing, pricing, clearance and other business decisions. Examples on our website are illustrations, not results for any customer.

Scope and fees

The scope of an audit and any fees are agreed with you directly before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer at a fixed price.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, but we do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime or response time. We may change or pause features as the product develops. For support, email ventorynex@gmail.com.

Intellectual property

The Nexventory software, website and report formats belong to the operator. Reports produced for you may be used within your business.

Ending use of the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms. You can ask us to delete your organisation's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when these terms change and revise the date at the top.
